Working on complex, real‑world challenges, you will help strengthen how land quality is managed across the site, supporting improved safety outcomes, regulatory confidence and the future closure of a nationally important facility.
What will I be doing:
In this role, you will deliver high‑quality land quality assessments and environmental data analysis to support decommissioning activities and informed decision‑making. You will contribute to investigations, remediation and reporting across the full lifecycle of land quality management, while working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure information is accurate, accessible and fit for purpose. Key responsibilities are:

- Manage staff as a line manager, as required
- Perform management appointments relevant to the post
What will I bring:
You will be a motivated and organised environmental professional with a sound technical background and the confidence to work across multiple priorities. Able to communicate clearly and solve problems creatively, you will bring practical experience and a collaborative approach to a regulated working environment.
- HND in an engineering or scientific discipline (or equivalent experience)
