As a Civil System Engineer, you’ll work across an incredibly diverse portfolio—from concrete foundations and sumps to steel structures and reactor shield walls—building your expertise in a highly regulated, safety‑critical environment.

• What Will You Be Doing
• Own and manage a portfolio of civil systems, developing strategies to ensure safety, compliance, and long‑term performance.
• Lead inspections, monitor and analyse system data, and implement corrective actions and improvements.
• Support and deliver engineering modifications, acting as the responsible engineer for system changes.
• Provide expert technical input to projects and stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery.
• Who Are We Looking For
• A recognised engineering qualification (minimum HNC or equivalent, ideally with a degree) and experience in a civil engineering role within an industrial or plant environment.
• Experience in nuclear or conventional plant operations, engineering, or maintenance, with a strong understanding of engineering standards and compliance.
• Proven ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a collaborative, safety‑focused environment.
• A desire to develop professionally, with interest in progressing toward professional membership or chartership.
