What You Will Be Doing
- Your responsibilities will be varied, essential and highly valued within the team.
- You’ll provide high‑quality administrative support through effective diary management, travel arrangements, expense processing and accurate maintenance of filing systems and databases.
- You’ll also act as a key point of contact for internal colleagues and third‑party organisations, coordinating information, handling enquiries and escalating issues when required.
- You’ll support the preparation of key documents such as correspondence, agendas, minutes and action plans to keep everyone aligned and informed.

Who We Are Looking For
- We’re seeking someone organised, dependable and confident working in a busy environment.
- You’ll bring strong administrative experience with solid skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, along with a proactive attitude and the ability to communicate clearly while managing multiple tasks.
- A good educational foundation, A‑Level or equivalent, and a willingness to learn and develop are essential.
- Experience working within a technical function such as engineering or finance is beneficial but not required if you can adapt quickly and work effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
