Within this you will work with third party suppliers, Group Marketing, Product Management and you will be fully supportive to the sales teams operating within your sectors.You will be the knowledgeable about your channels and sectors and have a good understanding of products, customers, trends and competitors.Key Responsibilities:Support the Head of Marketing to implement the annual marketing plan for your sectorsUndertake all activities within agreed budgets and in a timely mannerSupport in the development of market leading, creative and engaging campaigns that have a focus on ROIProduction of brochure collateral and copywritingReview all relevant Group produced marketing material for its suitability for the UK market and adapt accordinglyWork closely with Retail partners and third-party contractors to deliver showroom fit-out projectsCollaborate with agencies to deliver agreed communication material and activity that is fully in line with the company CD and brand guidelinesSupport in the delivery of events and exhibitions for your sectors, working closely with Marketing Operations ManagerBuild strong relationships with the sales teams that operate within your sectors and provide them with a first class and responsive marketing support serviceMeet with customers to gain first-hand knowledge of their requirements and to build relationshipsSupport the production of monthly KPI reports and report to Head of Marketing, Product and Marketing Director and wider executive teamMake full use of CRM to engage new and existing customersKeep your finger on the pulse in terms of marketing and industry trendsKey Skills, Experience & Knowledge:Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Marketing roleExperience of copywriting and proofreading for online and in printExperience of managing and delivering social media marketing activityExperience of implementing a marketing communications planExperience of working with Sales teamsExperience of working with CRMExperience of managing and creating website contentExperience in creating email contact cyclesCIM Level 4 qualification or 2:1 or higher degree qualification with Marketing focusHands on and operationalAbility to communicate with a wide range of people, both internally and externallyAn obsession for delivering customer service excellence and enhancing the brand imageGood knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and WordExceptional degree of accuracy with high attention to detailA flexible \"common sense\" approach with an ability to build and successfully maintain relationships across the organisation, together with a \"can do\" attitude to overcoming potential challengesResilient and able to perform under pressure, prioritising tasks and workloadTo be technically minded being able to understand a variety of productsBy applying for this position, you authorise Auctoro Recruitment to hold your personal details on file for use in finding you a suitable position.
