We're partnering with a major infrastructure and services organisation to recruit a Health & Wellbeing Services Lead.

This is a highly visible role that combines strategic programme delivery, stakeholder engagement, supplier management, and wellbeing service mobilisation.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting an established Health & Wellbeing strategy while helping to design and implement the next generation of occupational health and wellbeing services across the UK business.

Why This Role is Unique This isn't a traditional operational occupational health role.

You'll be working at the centre of a large-scale wellbeing function, partnering with senior HR, Employee Relations, Safety and Business Leaders to deliver meaningful wellbeing outcomes for employees while supporting the rollout of new health and wellbeing services.

You'll also have the opportunity to influence long-term wellbeing strategy, support a major service mobilisation programme, and work across a range of national initiatives covering areas such as mental health, neurodiversity, physiotherapy, occupational health, health surveillance and wider employee wellbeing programmes.

What You'll Be Doing?

Managing relationships with external occupational health and wellbeing providers and monitoring service performance.?

Acting as the subject matter expert for occupational health and wellbeing services across the UK business.?

Partnering with HR, Employee Relations, Health & Safety and senior business stakeholders to support wellbeing initiatives and employee needs.?

Supporting the delivery of a multi-year Health & Wellbeing strategy and roadmap.?

Providing expert guidance on occupational health compliance, standards, policies and best practice.?

Using wellbeing data, trends and insights to inform decision-making and improve organisational outcomes.?

Leading and supporting organisation-wide wellbeing projects and programmes.?

Playing a key role in the mobilisation and implementation of future occupational health and wellbeing services.?

Supporting wellbeing initiatives covering topics such as mental health, neurodiversity, menopause support, organisational stress and workplace health programmes.

What We're Looking For Significant experience within Occupational Health, Employee Wellbeing, Health & Wellbeing, Health Management or a related field.

Experience managing external occupational health and wellbeing service providers.

Proven experience delivering strategic wellbeing programmes within a large, complex organisation.

Experience leading or supporting organisation-wide transformation or service implementation projects.

Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to influence at senior levels.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting wellbeing data and trends.

Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities.

Qualifications Relevant degree or postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health, Health & Wellbeing, Workplace Health, Public Health, Health Management or a related discipline.
