Job Description: General Operative

Location: Warwick Commutable from: Leamington Spa, Kenilworth, Coventry, Stratford-upon-Avon, Rugby

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm About the Company Our client is a well-established manufacturing business supplying high-quality products to a range of industries across the UK.

The Role Due to continued growth, our client is looking to recruit a General Operative to join their manufacturing team.

This is a hands-on role working within a busy production environment, supporting manufacturing, packaging and dispatch operations while maintaining high standards of quality, housekeeping and health & safety.

Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a long-term career within manufacturing.

Duties & Responsibilities Assisting with manufacturing and production activities.

Preparing materials ready for production.

Filling, labelling and packaging finished products.

Carrying out basic quality inspections.

Loading and unloading materials safely.

Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.

Following all health and safety procedures.

Supporting other departments as required.

Candidate Requirements Previous manufacturing or production experience is advantageous but not essential.

Good attention to detail.

Reliable with a strong work ethic.

Able to follow written and verbal instructions.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties.

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Must hold a full UK licence and have a vehicle.
