Our client is seeking a motivated Civil Litigation Lawyer to join its growing Dispute Resolution team.

The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of civil and commercial disputes including:
- Shareholder and partnership disputes
- Breach of contract claims
- Property and ToLATA disputes
- Boundary/neighbour disputes
- Defamation, harassment and nuisance claims
- Will and inheritance disputes
- Professional negligence
- Debt recovery, possession and insolvency matters
Responsibilities include:
- Managing files from instruction to resolution
- Drafting pleadings, witness statements and settlement agreements
- Advising clients on litigation and ADR strategies
- Ensuring CPR compliance and meeting court deadlines
- Attending hearings where appropriate
- Building strong client relationships and supporting business development
The Person
You will be:
- A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive/CILEX Lawyer
- Experienced in litigation with strong CPR knowledge
- Organised, client-focused and commercially aware
- A strong communicator with excellent drafting skills
