Situated in purpose-built offices in Leamington Spa, with free onsite parking, the firm offer a fabulous, modern working environment, as well as accommodating hybrid workingThe Litigation team is made up of four highly experienced lawyers as well as support staff and is led by a Partner who specialises in all areas of dispute resolution.What will you be doing:The role will involve:Managing a varied caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters including debt recovery and enforcement proceedings, contractual disputes, professional negligence claims, boundary disputes, contested probate disputes, alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and negotiation and company and partnership disputesLiaising with clients, providing advice and keeping them fully updatedDrafting pleadings, witness statements, and correspondenceRepresenting clients in court and settlement negotiationsWho are we looking for:Suitable candidates are likely to have:Fully qualified status - solicitor, or CLE with 3 years+ PQEExperience of managing a dispute resolution caseload from start to finishAn up to date understanding of the litigation process relating to the above mattersThe ability to work autonomously, with minimum supervisionWhat's on offer:Benefits include:Annual leave: 23 days + UK bank holidays2 to 3 additional days' paid leave over the Christmas shut down periodYour birthday offFree parking on siteDeath in service 3x salaryOngoing training and developmentExcellent career prospectsHybrid/flexible working opportunities for lawyersThis is a full time permanent job, working 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Thursday, and 9:00am to 5:00pm on Friday.
