Our client, a well-established and highly regarded law firm, is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Conveyancer to join its growing team. The Role
You will manage your own caseload of residential property matters, including freehold, leasehold and shared ownership transactions. The role involves building strong relationships with clients, estate agents and lenders, while ensuring files are progressed efficiently and in line with business targets. You will also support junior team members and contribute to the wider success of the department.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' PQE qualified Solicitor, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience managing your own conveyancing caseload
- Strong organisational and IT skills, including case management systems
- Commercial awareness and ability to meet fee targets
