Warehouse Operative - Stock Management
Location: Hinckley
Pay: Up to £13.50 per hour
Hours: Monday-Thursday: 7:30am-4:30pm, Friday: 7:30am-3:00pm
Contract: Temporary, with the opportunity to become permanent
Start Date: ASAP
We are currently looking for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and friendly team based in Hinckley. This is a varied role suited to someone who is organised, hands-on and enjoys working as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing, organising and maintaining stock within the warehouse
- Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently
- Keeping stock areas organised and ensuring items are easy to locate
- Supporting the Operations Team with day-to-day warehouse requirements
- Helping colleagues locate stock and materials they need
- Checking and moving stock as required
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment
- Assisting with general warehouse duties when required
About You
- Organised and able to keep track of stock
- Reliable, hardworking and punctual
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- A good team player with a helpful attitude
- Able to work independently and use initiative
- Previous warehouse or stock management experience would be an advantage, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are equally important
