We are looking for someone with previous experience of working with members of the public, both on the telephone and face to face, as you will be the tenants’ first point of contact for the Housing Management Team. The team prides itself on providing excellent customer service and you must be able to provide clear advice on tenancy and rent queries (training will be provided), and remain calm when dealing with difficult situations.

In addition to providing support to the council’s Housing Officers and the wider Housing Management Team, you will also be responsible for the case management of Right to Buy and Mutual Exchange applications.

Working Hours and Salary: 36.25 hrs per week with an annual salary starting at £28,598.
