Existing employees have successfully moved from Administration into Paraplanning and Compliance, with training and professional qualifications supported by the business.The Role:Provide administration support to Financial AdvisersProcess new business and support ongoing client servicingAssist with suitability reports and associated administrationLiaise with advisers, Paraplanners and clientsManage a busy workflow and competing prioritiesSupport the team with a high volume of client activityWork across dedicated new-business and ongoing-client-service functionsMaintain accurate records and ensure work is completed efficientlyThe Person:Previous IFA / financial services administration experience advantageousStrong administration and organisational skillsExcellent attention to detailComfortable working in a busy environmentProfessional and confident communicatorClient-focused and commercially awareStrong team player with a positive, can-do attitudeExperience with suitability reports and new business desirableMost importantly, someone who fits the team and is happy to get stuck in
