What you'll bring:
- Strong hands-on experience with excellent soldering skills, including rework of fine surface-mount components
- Experience working in a development (not production) environment, building prototypes and modifying circuits from informal briefs
- Solid organisational skills, with responsibility for maintaining the electronics lab and equipment
- Familiarity with electronics CAD tools for reviewing PCB designs, with an interest in progressing into component creation and test board layout
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced consultancy setting
- Good communication skills and the ability to manage your time across multiple projects
- Pride in your work and a genuine enthusiasm for product development

- A good understanding of PCB design and electronic circuit principles
- A relevant electronics qualification (minimum Higher National Diploma) and proof of experience e.g. hobbyist activities
- Great understanding & experience of working with 0201 and 0402 SMDs
- The ability to work on-site in Warwick, with the right to work in the UK
What you'll get:
- The chance to work on exciting, real-world projects with global impact
