Planning Enforcement Team Leader
We are seeking an experienced Planning Enforcement Team Leader to join our busy Planning and Development Team. The role involves leading and developing a proactive enforcement team and managing a varied caseload, including complex enforcement cases across both urban and rural areas of the district.

Essential Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience of working in a planning enforcement role in a local planning authority.
- Solid understanding of current planning and enforcement legislation and policy.
- Recognised planning qualification to degree level or comparable professional experience in another enforcement environment.
- Strong prioritisation and communication skills.
