Asset Management Support Officer
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Building Safety & Tenant Involvement Team. We now have a vacancy for the role of Asset Management Support Officer to work in our team .
The job involves responding to telephone calls from council tenants and the scheduling of repairs work to their council properties. You will be given training to help you with diagnosing repairs and scheduling both simple and more complex repairs. You will also be responsible for the administrative support functions needed for the successful delivery of the repairs service. We are looking for someone who is customer focused and has excellent verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to work as part of a busy team and work effectively under pressure. You will also need to have good IT skills and be able to effectively use a varying range of software systems.
- 36.25 hrs per week with a starting annual salary of £27,274
- Agile working scheme with a combination of home and office working
- 34 days holiday (including bank holidays) increasing to 38 days after 5 years (full time equivalent)
