The Role
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to develop, implement and identify opportunities to effectively grow our digital presence. The Marketing Executive will drive traffic to our website and social media pages, staying ahead of digital developments and identifying opportunities to support the business plan. Having a real-time finger on the pulse of Nuaire’s digital performance data, adapting activities to deliver best value. Working closely with the marketing team to ensure all marketing opportunities are maximised right across the mix both online and offline.
Responsibilities
- Manage and update the company websites using CMS platforms ensuring website content is efficient, accurate, up to date and aligned with SEO best practices including customer product online databases (Distribution).
- Real time monitoring of the digital environment, adapting activities to deliver best value and optimise conversion rates and plan and implement CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) strategies to improve lead generation and on-page performance.
- Improve website structure, loading speed and overall user experience (UX) and advise on what KPIs should be measured to maximize sustainable growth and conduct keyword research, manage content optimisation and track search rankings.
- Analyse performance and market intelligence and provide reporting as per the needs of the business, prepare monthly reports on campaign performance and insights, continue to and conduct performance analysis using tools like Google analytics and social media insights.
- Work closely with the Brand Sector Manager to adopt tone of voice and messaging and optimise campaigns to improve performance, reach and report on ROI.
- Social media & engagement (Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, Vimeo, Facebook) including pay per click advertising and paid media, online media opportunities (Mobile, social, blogs, forums, advertising), plan executive digital email marketing campaigns and manage the contact database and assist with lead generation activities including bespoke distribution online advertising.
- Competent in image sourcing and formatting to ensure correct web design.
- Follow brand sector manager findings and insights into correct web images whilst also translating campaigns into web pages.
- Take ownership of URL, web headings and link names following brand sector manager data/information.
- Support marketing team with Internal Communications/events.
The Person
- Previous experience in digital marketing management in a broad scope role.
- Proven track record in developing strategy for digital marketing.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret data to improve and drive business performance.
- Advanced knowledge of Google analytics, using segments, custom reports.
- Up to date knowledge of most effective digital marketing tools and practices.
- Proven track record of using great customer and brand insight to drive online content ideas.
- Understanding of best practice search engine optimisation (SEO), UX.
- Experience with email marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing.
- Experience with tools like Google analytics, Google keyword search, Mailchimp.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Confident.
- Being able to draw conclusion and recommendations based on research.
