Join to apply for the Graphic Designer role at NU Start Community Enterprise. We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to help with our design and creative outputs. What difference will you make? Enable young people from all backgrounds to grow, develop and progress in life. We particularly target young people that have special educational needs and/or disabilities, as well as those from disadvantaged or vulnerable backgrounds.
What are we looking for?
- To design and create graphic content as directed by the Charity Director.
- To provide appropriate, necessary support and innovative ideas to the team regarding our social media presence.
- Background in hands-on UI design and adept in Adobe XD and Figma.
- Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and research methods.
- Confident in collaborating and happy to work with various teams across the organisation.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Adobe Creative Cloud experience, designing for both print and digital.

All volunteers will be expected to be:

The role is flexible, and the time commitment expected is around 3 hours a week. Please only apply if you have regular time available and are looking to be part of an organisation. You will be joining a fast-growing organisation of over 40 volunteers from a variety of backgrounds and skill sets. There are lots of opportunities for you to shape and grow your role and gain skills in other areas.
