We’re working on exciting technology that will improve the utility and accelerate the time-to-market of quantum computing systems. We integrate novel quantum photonic technology to form an efficient and scalable quantum networking infrastructure in partnership with world-leading companies and academic groups.

In this role, you will work closely with and report to our Marketing Manager, ensuring content across digital platforms not only reaches our audience but resonates with them. Our aim is to drive engagement, build our brand presence and meet our overarching marketing objectives.

  • Oversee the content calendar, ensuring all outputs align with our brand's tone of voice and guidelines.
  • Develop diverse written and visual content, including explainers, video segments, guides, infographics, short-form posts, and more, utilising design tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite.
  • Stay updated with industry-relevant topics to ensure our content remains relevant.
  • Writing draft posts for LinkedIn and X, aligning to our social media plan and ensuring posts are consistent and reflect our brand's values.
  • Engaging with our audience by responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions to foster a sense of community and trust.
  • Monitoring trends, adapting our approach to leverage popular themes or discussions.
  • Design, test, and deploy email campaigns that capture the attention of our segmented audience, all while adhering to our brand's guidelines.
  • Produce compelling email content, including copy, graphics, and other media.
  • Ensure our database is up to date after events or lead campaigns.
  • Analyse content performance metrics, delivering monthly reports and identifying potential areas of improvement.
  • Support a range of marketing-related tasks or projects as the need arises.
  • Support with the production or liaison of overall marketing activities and the company events.

Strong writing, editing and verbal communication skills. Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management. Proficiency with social media platforms and marketing software, e.g., ability to monitor content performance metrics and generate monthly reports. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for informed decisions. Aptitude to suggest improvements based on content performance data. Some experience with graphic design and video editing. Proven capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team including cross functionally with non-marketing experts. Graphic design and video editing skills, with proficiency in Adobe Suite.

Ideally, you have a scientific or engineering background, and/or experience working within the Tech, Deeptech or Quantum Computing industries. Experience in crafting consistent and brand-aligned content, including videos for social media platforms.
