As a Communications and Social Strategist, you’ll be joining our wonderful Megan to help deliver creative, thoughtful, and results driven campaigns across both paid and organic channels. You’ll be planning and optimising strategies for Meta and LinkedIn, as well as crafting comms that hit the mark. You’ll also be out in the real world, visiting client sites, building connections, spotting new opportunities, and helping our clients grow in ways that go beyond the screen.

This role is ideal for someone who’s got a natural knack for networking, can write with clarity and confidence, and isn’t afraid to ask smart questions. We're a laid-back, friendly studio, but we take our work seriously and pride ourselves on the support we offer our clients and each other.

  • Creating and managing organic and paid campaigns across various social channels, but specifically Meta, LinkedIn & TikTok
  • Crafting email communications that reflect each brand’s tone and goals
  • Making data-driven decisions based on analytics and sharing insight with the team and clients
  • Identifying and developing PR opportunities that take our clients directly to their ideal customers
  • Regular site visits and face-to-face meetings with clients
  • Helping build relationships that bring long-term value for our clients and for us

What we’re looking for:

  • A good grasp of analytics and what to do with what you learn
  • A love for local businesses and helping people grow
  • A confident communicator, in person and in writing
  • Someone proactive, organised and able to juggle multiple accounts
  • Bonus points for a full UK driver’s licence

We are a drama free, relaxed, family run studio, but we don't want you so chilled you are laying down, especially in this fast-paced role. We are strong believers of hard work and optimism. We pride ourselves on honesty and integrity both amongst ourselves and with our clients, and need you to also bring that to the table.
