We’re hiring for a Communications & Social Strategist!

Salary: £27,000 – £32,000

Location: Norwich

Full-time preferred, but part-time considered

We’re on the lookout for someone switched on, full of ideas and confident with a conversation, someone who knows their way around a social strategy and can spot an opportunity from a mile off.

What’s the role?

As our new Communications and Social Strategist, you’ll help shape and deliver creative, thoughtful, and results driven campaigns across both paid and organic channels. You’ll be crafting content that hits the mark, planning and optimising strategies for Meta and LinkedIn, and working closely with our digital team to make sure everything aligns with our clients’ goals. You’ll also be out in the real world, visiting client sites, building connections, spotting new opportunities, and helping our clients grow in ways that go beyond the screen. This role is ideal for someone who’s got a natural knack for networking, can write with clarity and confidence, and isn’t afraid to ask smart questions.

We’re a laid-back, friendly studio, but we take our work seriously and pride ourselves on the support we offer our clients and each other.

Your day-to-day might look like this:

  • Creating and managing organic and paid campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn
  • Writing content that reflects each brand’s tone and goals
  • Making data-driven decisions based on analytics and sharing insight with the team and clients
  • Identifying new marketing channels and community opportunities
  • Regular site visits and face-to-face meetings with clients
  • Helping build relationships that bring long-term value for our clients and for us

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience running paid campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn
  • A good grasp of analytics and what to do with what you learn
  • A love for local businesses and helping people grow
  • A confident communicator, in person and in writing
  • Someone proactive, organised and able to juggle multiple accounts
  • Bonus points for a full UK driver’s licence (but it’s not a dealbreaker)

Some of the perks:

  • 25 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays (starting at 20 days and rising to 25 after your first year)
  • 3pm finish every Friday
  • Annual team & family BBQ (inflatables and competitive energy may appear)
  • Beers and bubbles to celebrate wins (non-alcoholic options always on hand)
  • Free parking
  • Cycle to work scheme

Sound like your kind of thing? Apply through this job listing or drop us your CV at hello@nuimage.co.uk. Equally, feel free to message a member of our team, we’re always happy to chat.
