We have a new PERM role available for a Workday HCM Implementation Consultant to lead Workday implementations for a mid-sized consultancy. Our client is a multi-award-winning digital consultancy, recognised for delivering impactful and innovative technology solutions across UK government departments.
Role Description
- Lead Workday HCM implementations and system enhancements
- Configure and support key Workday modules, including:
- Core HCM
- Absence
- Compensation
- Talent & Performance
- Recruitment (desirable)
- Conduct client workshops to gather and analyse business requirements
- Support data migration, integrations, and testing activities
- Provide guidance on best practices
- Collaborate with technical, integration, and reporting teams
- Mentor and support junior consultants where required
Key Requirements
- Proven track record of delivering 23 full lifecycle Workday HCM implementations
- Strong functional configuration expertise in Workday HCM
- Experience with:
- Business Process Framework (BPF)
- Security configuration
- Workday reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Composite)
- Strong stakeholder management skills, working with HR teams and business leadership
Preferred
- Public Sector experience
- Experience with Workday Reporting and Prism Analytics
