NU Concept Solutions have a new contract opportunity at one of our clients in the City. The role is for an Oracle Cloud HCM consultant with strong functional experience in Oracle Recruitment Cloud as well as Oracle Performance Management. A good understanding of technical elements is also required and the ability to liaise with the technical team. The initial implementation phase has been completed but there is a substantial amount of work to be done to adapt and enhance the system as well as ongoing support.
Key Requirements:
- Able to confidently work with, understand and advise key stakeholders; this is a key capability required for this role.
- Be strong at problem-solving.
- Have a thorough understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM Recruitment and Performance Management.
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Compensation and Oracle Position Management would be beneficial.
- Have a good understanding and some experience of technical tasks including integrations, data migration (including data loaders), Reporting.
- Have knowledge of fast formulas for use in Oracle Cloud Compensation.
- Strong communication ability and comfortable in discussions with stakeholders.
- Financial Services experience would be beneficial.

Location: hybrid (3 days/week in London)
IR35 Status: Inside IR35
Daily Rate: 700-825 GBP
