As we scale our member base and digital ecosystem, we are seeking a sharp, disciplined Business Development Intern to support growth, outreach, and the operational backbone of our member experience.

Position Overview

As a Business Development Intern , you will support NTWRK BLACK’s growth initiatives through targeted outreach, research, and relationship-building workflows. You will also assist with light community management tasks to help maintain the quality, structure, and experience of the network.

This role is ideal for someone looking for hands-on exposure to business development inside a private, high-calibre network operating at a global level.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Growth

  • Support LinkedIn outreach campaigns using tools such as Dripify or similar platforms
  • Research and identify high-calibre prospects across industries, regions, and seniority levels
  • Assist with drafting outreach messages, follow-ups, and communication workflows
  • Track outreach performance, responses, and conversions
  • Conduct market and competitor research on private networks, memberships, and premium communities
  • Earn up to 20% commission on each successfully converted member

Community and Member Operations

  • Assist with light community management tasks (member coordination, follow-ups, organisation)
  • Support the preparation of newsletters, spotlights, and member communications
  • Help maintain internal structure around member data, profiles, and engagement
  • Assist with coordination of virtual roundtables and private events when required

Requirements

  • Strong interest in business, startups, private networks, finance, luxury, or media
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and modern outreach/content formats
  • Excellent written communication and research skills
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently
  • Ability to operate professionally with senior-level individuals
  • Prior experience in business development, research, or digital marketing is a plus
