Our Porters carry out a wide range of tasks which makes the job interesting and varied. No two days are the same and because we provide services to the NHS you will play a role in supporting better care.
Responsibilities
- Collecting and moving items, disposing of waste, sorting and delivering post, and moving furniture.
- Work flexibly and think on your feet to solve problems and issues.
- Drive various vehicles safely; you could be working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Interact with patients with awareness of safety and sensitivity to their needs.

The advertised salary may differ if you choose to remain on AfC. Those paying into the NHS Pension can retain it. New starters not in the NHS Pension will be enrolled into a NEST pension. Recruitment follows NHS Employer Check Standards and applicable employment laws. Some posts require DBS clearance prior to commencement. External CNTW Group applicants may be subject to a six-month probationary period. If shortlisted, interview details will be sent via the email used in your application.
