Our team of Domestics keep our buildings clean and tidy and provide a great service to patients, visitors, and staff. Our Domestic Assistants are an essential part of the wider care team, working across different mental health wards and age groups. Carrying out a range of cleaning tasks in areas such as offices and meeting rooms, public areas such as corridors, receptions, and cafés, as well as areas which patients use such as shared spaces on wards, bedrooms, bathrooms, and toilets. Cleaning tasks can include dusting of walls, ceilings, and curtain rails, dusting and polishing of furniture and paintwork, hoovering of carpets, and mopping floors. You will need to be able to follow instructions and adhere to a work schedule which sets out your tasks, often carrying out duties without supervision. You will use equipment and cleaning products safely, adhering to all control of substances harmful to health (COSHH) rules and regulations. Complete paperwork such as quality checks and any other documentation that is required.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
Please find attached job description for full details. Pay: Band A (£12.92 per hour). We pay 25% enhancement, time and a quarter, on hours worked during a Saturday and Sunday. We welcome your application. Please note that all jobs will be appointed on the NTW Solutions Limited terms and conditions (not NHS/A4C terms). If you currently work for NTW Solutions on AfC terms and conditions, you will be given the choice to retain these or move onto NTW Solutions terms and conditions. Please note that the above advertised salary will not apply if you choose to remain on AfC. Anyone currently paying into the NHS Pension scheme will be able to retain this. All jobs will be appointed on the NTW Solutions Limited terms and conditions and not NHS Agenda for Change terms and conditions. New starters who are not in the NHS Pension already will be enrolled into a NEST pension. Recruitment into NTW Solutions Limited will follow the principles of NHS Employer Check Standards and any relevant employment legislation. Various posts are subject to DBS clearance prior to commencement. To comply with Home Office Immigration Regulations, all applicants must state their current immigration status, including expiry dates. Please note if you are external to the CNTW Group you will be subject to a six-month probationary period.
