About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen within NTW Solutions Limited as a Decarbonisation Manager.
The role focuses on supporting the CNTW Group’s Net Zero ambitions, leading projects, carrying out site surveys, analysing data, preparing funding bids and delivering practical action across sites.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time.
- Improve energy efficiency and promote low‑carbon technology to cut carbon emissions across sites.
- Prepare and submit funding bids and analyse data to support decision‑making.
- Carry out site surveys, monitor progress, share updates and advise on investment priorities.
- Drive the implementation of the Green Plan and maintain the organisation’s readiness.
Qualifications
- Organised, proactive and able to communicate clearly with a range of stakeholders.
- Passion for sustainable development and a desire to shape a greener future for the NHS.
- Experience in project management, energy‑efficiency initiatives or related fields is desirable.

- Employment Details
Position will be predominantly based at St Nicholas Hospital, Gosforth. Normal working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm, with flexibility to support work‑life balance.
