An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Transcription team to recruit a new Transcriptionist. Our team receives dictations from clinical staff working with patients accessing mental health services. We type or proof‑read and edit these dictations and add the finished script to the patient's medical record, ready for the clinician to validate. Transcriptionists work from their own homes with our equipment, providing a 24‑hour service across all seven days of the week.
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong command of English grammar
- Audio‑typing skills with a minimum of 50 wpm and high accuracy
- Working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word and Excel
- Problem‑solving skills
- Knowledge of the RiO system is advantageous
- Flexible approach to shift coverage
