We are growing our Estates Team in Morpeth and are looking for a Joiner to join us! This vacancy includes an attractive £2.5K welcome bonus and a potential annual earnings of £38,392.
We’re looking for someone with a NVQ Level 3 in joinery/carpentry, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Undertake planned preventative and reactive building maintenance duties.
- Perform minor and major refurbishment works.
- Manufacture joinery as required across all Trust properties of the CNTW Group and other areas of responsibility.
- Work enhancements for weekend work and on-call duties, with potential earnings of up to £2.5K more.

- NVQ Level 3 in joinery/carpentry or equivalent experience in a joinery role.
