We are growing our Estates Team in Morpeth and are looking for a Joiner to join us! This vacancy includes an attractive £2.5K welcome bonus – a rewarding welcome for a rewarding career. There is also potential earnings of £38,392 per annum. We’re looking for someone with a NVQ Level 3 in joinery/carpentry, or someone with equivalent experience in a joinery role.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and undertake preventative and reactive building maintenance duties.
- Perform minor and major refurbishment works, plus manufacturing as required across all Trust properties of the CNTW Group and other areas of responsibility.
- Potential to earn more: enhancements for weekend work and on-call duties up to £2.5K more.
Retain NHS Pension scheme if currently in NHS or recently left.
