Content Partner Sourcing & Management
- Identify and onboard new content partners aligned with our Learning Platform’s strategic objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing content providers, professional bodies, and government agencies to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Lead contract negotiations and renewals with content partners, working closely with the legal team to draft, review, and finalise agreements.
- Work closely with Product, Technology, and Design teams to facilitate the smooth onboarding of content partners and integration into internal systems.
Content Management and Curation
- Oversee the full content lifecycle, including regular reviews to refresh, retire, and update content based on learner needs, industry relevance, and platform data.
- Supervise and provide direction to external vendors and content curators to ensure alignment with enterprise client needs and content quality standards.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal product teams to develop, produce, and publish quality learning content that meets the needs of our target audiences.
Marketing and Communications Support
- Partner with Corporate Sales teams and external stakeholders to develop go-to-market strategies and campaigns for newly launched or updated content offerings.
- Coordinate with external agencies to produce marketing collateral and communication materials to support new product features and content launches.
Other Responsibilities
- Track and report on key content performance metrics; create and deliver presentation decks for internal and external business presentations.
- Support other initiatives related to content and partnership development as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development (L&D), continuing education, or a related domain.
- At least 2 years of direct experience in partnership development.
- Proven ability to lead contract negotiation processes and manage contract lifecycle in collaboration with legal team.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills; comfortable working across teams (Product, Tech, Marketing, Legal, Sales etc).
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a results-oriented and strategic mindset.
- Ability to take ownership and drive partnership initiatives from proposal to execution.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in marketing and communications is a plus.
