Responsibilities:

  • Support Corporate SME + Enterprise Sales Teams in day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Provide customer service by managing enquiries from internal and external mailboxes.
  • Call prospect trainees to submit course registrations.
  • Help troubleshoot problems with customers’ registrations, customer accounts and billing issues.
  • Support Finance and Sales Team to chase on corporates’ outstanding payments.
  • Corporate registration of courses and send confirmation letter to companies.
  • Check registration forms for courses before registration.
  • Invoice billing to company.
  • Manual billing for exam fee/transfer fee and generate credit note to cancel invoice and refund.
  • Transfer trainees for rescheduled course dates, replacements, and cancellation requests from trainees.
  • Update trainee details in Training Management System.
  • Prepare and send scheduled and/or ad-hoc post-reg reports/requests to customers.
  • Act upon all necessary tasks to fulfil accurate and complete assigned corporate pre-and post-registrations duties; including but not limited to the tasks mentioned above.
