LMS Administration and Support
- Assist in the day-to-day management of the LXP platform, including user account creation, course enrolments, and troubleshooting.
- Provide technical support to users, helping to resolve login issues, navigation difficulties, and content access problems.
- Monitor the platform for any system errors or issues and report them to the LXP team.
- Collect feedback from users to identify areas for improvement and suggest new features or content.
Content Management
- Upload and organize learning materials such as videos, documents, quizzes, and assignments onto the LMS.
- Ensure content is up-to-date, accurately tagged, and structured in a user-friendly manner.
- Assist in the creation and testing of online courses and training programs.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Track and analyze user activity, course completion rates, and other relevant metrics.
- Identify trends or patterns in user data to provide insights on potential improvements.
Quality Assurance
- Participate in testing new features or updates to the LXP platform to ensure they function as intended.
- Conduct regular checks to verify that all links, resources, and content within the LMS are functional and accessible.
Requirements
- Degree/diploma in Education, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in e-learning, instructional technology, or online education.
- Basic understanding of learning management systems or content management platforms is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
