The Corporate Sales team serves global organizations, including leading companies, governments, and non‑profits, who seek to upskill or retrain their workforce with the world’s best content and learning solutions. Importantly, we train and empower the workforce and help people secure jobs and achieve their career aspirations. The Account Manager is key to engage our clients and maintain and expand our training engagements with them. Our ideal candidate is a passionate, entrepreneurial sales professional who can prospect, develop, and close large enterprise deals. You should have extensive experience of sales to small‑medium enterprises (SMEs). Your knowledge of edtech, enterprise learning/training combined with superior communication skills and analytical abilities will shape NTUC LearningHub’s enterprise business. You will work closely with the product teams, operations and marketing to ensure we operate as a seamless organization to build our pipeline of business. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create a strategic sector plan and generate new‑business revenue from targeted sectors. Individuals who have experience handling SMEs from community care, food services and/or manufacturing sectors will have an added advantage.
- Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas.
- Identify, effectively prospect, develop, and close sales opportunities.
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate and collaborate with the sales team to share insights, best practices, and market feedback.
- Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies and campaigns.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge, features, and industry trends.
- Participate in training sessions and continuously enhance your understanding of our offerings.

- At least 2 years of enterprise sales experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communications and listening skills.
- A track record in consultative and sales experience.
