About the Opportunity

We are creating a pool of Junior and Senior Non Key Expert for EU-Circular Economy and Water Facility project. Experts in this pool will be contacted during the implementation of the project when the need arises. If you have relevant experience, we encourage you to apply.

Role Summary

The expert will provide technical inputs for recycling technologies, value chain optimisation, and infrastructure assessments within circular economy sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review prefeasibility and detailed design studies for circular economy infrastructure.
  • Help identify technological solutions for recycling, material recovery, and circular value chains.
  • Assess technical feasibility of investment proposals.
  • Provide technical contributions to project formulation and appraisal.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Environmental, Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical), Materials Science, or related fields. Master’s degree is an asset.

Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience with recycling technologies, material recovery, industrial processes, or circular economy infrastructure. At least 3 years supporting feasibility studies or engineering assessments in international or development contexts. Experience in designing or reviewing technical feasibility studies is highly desirable.

Skills: Strong engineering and problem-solving capability. Familiarity with circular value chain technologies and industrial symbiosis.

Languages: French or Spanish is an asset.
