About the Opportunity: We are creating a pool of Human Capital Development in Fragile Environments Experts for European Training Foundation (ETF) projects in Europe. Experts in this pool will be contacted for specific assignments as they arise. If you have relevant experience, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:

  • Education at least Master’s Degree level or higher, e.g. PhD degree
  • At least 15 years of relevant professional experience, of which at least 10 years related to Human Capital Development in Fragile Environments for Senior experts
  • At least 10 years of relevant professional experience, of which at least 7 years related to Human Capital Development in Fragile Environments for Mid-level experts
  • At least 5 years relevant professional experience, of which at least 5 years related to Human Capital Development in Fragile Environments for Junior experts
  • Very good command of English
