NTU International is preparing a proposal for the GIZ Global Gateway Investment Climate Reform (ICR) Facility, which supports partner countries in improving business environments and unlocking sustainable private investment. The Facility delivers demand-driven technical assistance to governments and stakeholders to design and implement investment climate reforms and promote inclusive economic growth. We are creating a pool of Transport & Logistics Experts for this project. Experts in this pool will be contacted for specific assignments as they arise. If you have relevant experience, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support reforms in transport and logistics systems
  • Identify infrastructure and regulatory bottlenecks
  • Advise on policies improving trade corridors and connectivity
  • Contribute to investment-related transport strategies

Requirements:

Education: Master’s degree in transport, logistics, economics, or related field

General Professional Experience: Minimum 9 years of experience providing economic policy advice to governments

Specific Professional Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in business and investment climate reforms; Minimum 3–5 years of experience in transport and logistics

Development Cooperation Experience: Minimum 5 years in development cooperation projects

Languages: English (C1 mandatory); Knowledge of French or Spanish (C1)
