NTU International is preparing a proposal for the project

“Cooperation Facility to Support the Implementation and Programming of EU Action and Team Europe Initiatives in Lesotho.”

In this context,

NTU International is establishing a pool of qualified Non-Key Experts (Senior and Junior) to be mobilised on a short-term, on-demand basis during project implementation (48 months, expected start January 2027).

Mobilisation will be subject to specific Terms of Reference and approval by the EU Delegation to the Lesotho.

  • Provide technical expertise on green growth, circular economy and sustainable development.
  • Support preparation of studies, policy analyses and investment opportunities under the EU Green Deal and Global Gateway initiatives.
  • Advise on sustainable economic transformation and climate-resilient development.
  • Support project monitoring and policy dialogue.
  • Required Experience
  • Minimum

10 years of experience in green economy, sustainable development and climate policies.

  • Advantage
  • Experience in development cooperation projects.
  • Experience with EU-funded projects.
