NTU International is preparing a proposal for the project “Cooperation Facility to Support the Implementation and Programming of EU Action and Team Europe Initiatives in Lesotho.”
In this context, NTU International is establishing a pool of qualified Non-Key Experts (Senior and Junior) to be mobilised on a short-term, on-demand basis during project implementation (48 months, expected start January 2027). Mobilisation will be subject to specific Terms of Reference and approval by the EU Delegation to the Lesotho.

Project: Cooperation Facility to Support the Implementation and Programming of EU Action and Team Europe Initiatives in Lesotho
Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise on renewable energy, energy policy and infrastructure development.
- Assess investment opportunities and support feasibility studies.
- Contribute to project preparation, implementation support and monitoring of EU-funded energy interventions.
- Advise on energy transition and regulatory reforms.
Required Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in renewable energy, energy policy and infrastructure.
Advantage
- Experience in development cooperation projects.
