NTU International is preparing a proposal for the GIZ Global Gateway Investment Climate Reform (ICR) Facility, which supports partner countries in improving business environments and unlocking sustainable private investment. The Facility delivers demand-driven technical assistance to governments and stakeholders to design and implement investment climate reforms and promote inclusive economic growth.

We are creating a pool of IT Experts – Digital Investment Climate for this project. Experts in this pool will be contacted for specific assignments as they arise. If you have relevant experience, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support digitalisation of business and regulatory environments
  • Advise on e-government systems and digital investment tools
  • Contribute to ICT-related policy and regulatory reforms
  • Support implementation of digital solutions linked to investments
  • Prepare analytical reports and technical recommendations
Requirements:

Education: Master’s degree in IT, digital systems, economics, or related field

General Professional Experience: Minimum 9 years of experience providing economic policy advice to governments

Specific Professional Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in business and investment climate reforms; Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Information Technology / digital systems

Development Cooperation Experience: Minimum 5 years in development cooperation projects

Languages: English (C1 mandatory); Knowledge of French or Spanish (C1)
