NTU International is an international consulting company providing advisory and programme management services for governments and international organisations. We work extensively with EU institutions and development partners on policy, digital transformation, and public sector reform initiatives.
NTU is currently leading a consortium under a Multiple Framework Contract with the European Commission focused on high-level advisory services related to digital government, ICT strategy, digital policy, and public sector transformation. To support future assignments under this framework, we are expanding our pool of Data Governance and AI experts across the European Union.
- Development of data governance frameworks and strategies;
- Advisory on AI governance, ethics, and regulatory frameworks;
- Data strategy and data management advisory for public administrations;
- Analysis of emerging technologies and digital innovation;
- Support to implementation of EU data and AI initiatives.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in data governance, AI advisory, or digital innovation;
- Expertise in data strategy, AI governance, data management, or digital innovation;
- Degree in ICT, data science, public policy, or related fields;
- Fluency in English is required. Additional EU languages are an asset.
