NTU International is preparing a proposal for the GIZ Global Gateway Investment Climate Reform (ICR) Facility, which supports partner countries in improving business environments and unlocking sustainable private investment. The Facility delivers demand-driven technical assistance to governments and stakeholders to design and implement investment climate reforms and promote inclusive economic growth.
We are creating a pool of Energy, Climate & Environment Experts for this project. Experts in this pool will be contacted for specific assignments as they arise. If you have relevant experience, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Provide advisory on climate-smart investment frameworks

Education
Master’s degree in energy, environmental science, climate policy, economics, or related field
General Professional Experience
Minimum 9 years of experience providing economic policy advice to governments
Specific Professional Experience
Minimum 7 years of experience in business and investment climate reforms
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in energy, climate, or environmental sectors
Development Cooperation Experience
Minimum 5 years in development cooperation projects
Languages
Knowledge of French or Spanish (C1)
