On-the-job training is provided on the NTT DATA Business Solutions project toolset.

Job Summary:

The Senior Change & Training Consultant will lead and manage change activities across IT-led transformation programs, engaging and supporting stakeholders for successful change adoption. You will apply relevant change management approaches as per the Statements of Work.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Depending on the program, you may supervise other OCM professionals within the NDBS OCM team or the client organization.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of change initiatives.
  • Apply OCM methodology to manage change activities aligned with project objectives and SOW.
  • Engage stakeholders to ensure alignment and commitment.
  • Provide leadership to change teams when needed.
  • Support Change and Training tools (e.g., Enable Now, WalkMe).
  • Share best practices within the OCM team.
  • Assist in business development, including RFP responses and pre-sales activities.
  • Recommend enhancements for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • PROSCI or Advanced APMG Change Practitioner certification preferred.

  • Ability to assess impacts and develop effective change strategies.

  • Experience leading change networks and developing training strategies.
  • Knowledge of business processes and system explanations.
  • Analytical skills to identify root causes and develop solutions.
