We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Consultant (Senior Manager level) to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on providing strategic data consulting and advisory services to our clients, with experience across the following areas: Data & AI StrategyData Operating ModelsData Governance & ManagementAdvanced Analytics & AI The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data consulting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and mentor junior team members. You will be expected to shape propositions, support sales activities, deliver client projects, lead teams and manage cross-functional client staff and stakeholders in a variety of contexts, covering multiple sectors, including telecoms and media, banking, insurance, retail, energy & utilities, and public sector. This role is London based but may involve travel within the UK and Europe and will require flexibility. Lead and deliver data consulting projects, including data strategy development, Data Operating Models, and data literacy programmes.Advise clients on best practices for data management, data quality, and data governance.Translate complex data opportunities into clear business outcomesCollaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into data solutions.Provide thought leadership and stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data and analytics.Define and develop Data & AI frameworks and methodologies to grow our practice and ensure scalable, repeatable delivery. Mentor and support junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
