You will work in multi-disciplinary squads alongside architects, product owners, designers and data specialists, shaping and engineering secure, resilient services that matter to millions of people. For this role you will have to be eligible for Security Clearance, if not already cleared. Lead and manage development teams, ensuring best practices in software development, quality, and delivery.Provide holistic oversight and governance across multiple programmes and projects, ensuring consistency and alignment with enterprise architecture.Stay hands-on by actively participating in software development, coding, code reviews, and troubleshooting.Drive continuous improvement in architecture, development processes, and delivery methodologies.Ensure solutions comply with security, compliance, and performance standards. Proven experience as a Technical Architect, Solution Architect, or similar role.Strong software development background with hands-on coding experience (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, or relevant tech stack).Deep understanding of programme and project management principles and lifecycle.Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills; Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern architecture patterns (microservices, APIs, event-driven).Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
