Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Director of Life & Pensions Consulting to help grow and scale our consulting capability across the UK and Ireland.
This role is ideal for an ambitious consulting leader with deep expertise in Life & Pensions and a strong track record of delivering business and technology transformation. As a senior member of the consulting leadership team, you will help lead our Insurance consulting agenda while contributing to the growth and development of the wider Insurance Consulting practice.
You will work closely with clients to shape and deliver business and technology transformation programmes. You will also help expand our market presence, strengthen client relationships, develop industry propositions, and support the continued growth of the consulting team.
This is a T-shaped leadership role, combining deep insurance sector expertise with broad consulting capabilities and collaboration across the wider Consulting practice.
This is a highly client-facing and delivery-oriented leadership role. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain a significant level of personal utilisation through active participation in consulting engagements, executive advisory roles, and transformation programmes.
