What you'll be doing:

  • SAP AMS Pre‑Sales Skills
    • Strong experience supporting SAP AMS pre‑sales cycles, including solution scoping, effort estimation, and proposal development.
    • Ability to design value-driven AMS delivery models aligned with client business objectives, including hybrid, offshore/onshore, and outcome-based models.
    • Extensive experience presenting Service Delivery and AMS transformation roadmaps to C‑suite, program leaders, and procurement teams.
    • Skilled in creating RFP/RFI responses, pricing models, resource pyramids, SLAs, and KPIs for AMS engagements.
    • Expertise in conducting client workshops, fit–gap assessments, and service discovery sessions to identify AMS opportunities.
    • Ability to collaborate with Sales, Presales, Solution Architects, and Delivery teams to shape winning AMS propositions.
    • Demonstrated success in client demos, bid defences, and orals, articulating SAP AMS value proposition, operating model, and governance framework.
    • Familiarity with competitive landscape and ability to differentiate AMS offerings against competitors.
  • SAP AMS Delivery Skills
    • Overseeing SAP service delivery, stakeholder management, SLA compliance, and service risks.
    • Leading, motivating, and developing the SAP support team, directly or indirectly, to build business capability and drive quality improvement.
    • Managing service costs and improving productivity for complex customer contracts.
    • Identifying and defining requirements for new services in collaboration with customers.
    • Ensuring all services are professionally introduced and accepted into service.

  • Skilled in collaborating with sales, architects, and delivery teams to build winning AMS proposals and ensuring seamless mobilization and steady-state service delivery.

  • Strong understanding of SAP systems (e.g., S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Ariba, SAP FSM, ECC6.0), with familiarity in other ERP systems as an advantage.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow, ITIL accreditation or equivalent, and SAP RUN methodology expertise.
