You’ll be hands-on with EngageOne Designer, building and maintaining dynamic customer communications within the utilities space that meet precise business and technical specs. On the email side, you’ll also design and implement templates that meet branding and delivery standards.
You’ll manage your workflow in JIRA Cloud, following agile processes, logging updates clearly, and keeping stakeholders informed. When bugs or live issues arise, you’ll troubleshoot and resolve them efficiently, using your understanding of the EngageOne ecosystem and related tools.
