We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Strategic Alliance Operations Specialist to oversee our Google partnership in EMEA. This role demands a professional who can coordinate internally and externally to track, report, and foster all aspects of the partnership, and ensure full execution of our strategic vision for EMEA. The professional will support the Alliances Managers in day‑to‑day responsibilities, including:
- Pipeline management
- Data support
- Joint account plans
- Deal registry
- GTM program tracking
- Reporting dashboards
- Partner portal management
- Rebate program coordination
- Funding program management
- Marketing initiatives
- Field education
- Regional contract maintenance
- Management of MBRs and QBRs
Responsibilities
- Regional pipeline management – track new opportunities & proactive deals, partner‑sourced deals, large deals, and ensure % of deals are tagged with the right contribution within predefined time (month/quarter).
- Data – support alliance teams with on‑time availability of complete data for alliance performance reports (periodic & ad‑hoc) – financial & non‑financial.
- Joint Account Plans – track account interlocks as per our commitments in the SPA & resulting pipeline.
- Deal registry – ensure pipeline and registered deals in Google partner portal are growing and correlate to the NTT Data pipeline.
- GTM programs – track progress of GTM programs and strategic initiatives.
- Create reporting dashboards – pipeline, influenced revenue, wins/bookings, funds, invoices, rebates, inflow/outflow of incentives, certifications; ensure consistent and timely data sharing for global dashboard creation.
- Partner portal – track NTT Data tagged deals in Google Partner Portal, manage registrations approval and denials, drive approvals, and manage strategic initiative programs and plays through Google partner portal.
- Rebate program – work closely with NTT Data delivery teams and Google to ensure consistent tracking and updating of project IDs for consumption rebate program.
- Manage PSF/DAF/other funding programs – ensure proper creation of SOWs to maximize partner investments, track milestones with project team, ensure timely PO submission, and manage financial investments flow.
- Strategic Initiatives – track marketing initiatives and demand generation campaigns relevant for each strategic initiative play in our program, in collaboration with regional alliance leaders and GTM teams/practice.
- Field Education and Readiness – own NTT Data field education on Google cloud partner programs and tools (partner portal, incentive, campaigns).
- Regional Contracts – act as custodian/maintain repository of all regional contracts with GCP, track expiry and renewal of existing contracts and creation of new contracts with regional alliance leaders.
- MBRs & QBRs – act as the primary point of contact for management of country‑wise MBRs (internal) and regional QBRs with Google.

- Strong knowledge of Google operations and ecosystem.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work in a global environment, understanding cultural and regional nuances.
- Self‑starter with the ability to multitask.
