Your role at a glance
The Learning & Development Partner at NTT Global Data Centres will play a key role in supporting the development of our teams globally. Working in close coordination with Senior L&D Partners, subject matter experts, internal trainers, and external providers, you will ensure that training programs are effectively implemented, tracked, and aligned with operational requirements. Your focus will be on shaping new digital learning models, facilitating learning delivery, supporting any training initiatives, and enabling teams to maintain high standards of operational excellence through audits and content curation. This is a remote role that can be based in the US or UK.
What you will do
- (Co-)Lead global Learning & Development projects, track milestones and ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinate and support the implementation and adoption of training programs for teams globally.
- Collaborate with senior L&D Partners, subject matter experts (SMEs), internal trainers, and third-party providers to facilitate the rollout of relevant training strategies.
- Assist with the scheduling, delivery logistics, and communications for both in-person and digital training initiatives.
- Manage multiple Learning Management Systems (LMS), including administration, reporting, content upload and upkeep.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of audits, being able to pull desired criteria when needed.
- Track training participation, gather necessary feedback and support continuous improvement of training programs.
- Monitor and report on regional training needs and gaps, working with multiple stakeholders and teams where needed.
- Comfortable creating, curating and designing different training courses and plans. Working with SMEs to digitize knowledge ensuring accessibility, scalability, and learner-centric design.
- Able to deliver high quality training and facilitate workshops across a range of business areas.
What we are looking for
- Familiarity with training delivery methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Strong experience in digital learning design and delivery.
- Experience supporting qualification tracking or training compliance in an operational setting.
- Experience working in a multinational or regionally distributed organization.
- Proven experience in a training coordination, HR, or operations support role (ideally in a technical or industrial setting).
- Strong organizational and Project Management skills.
- Ability to manage stakeholders, priorities and expectations across multiple regions.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to broader team goals and strategies.
- Prior experience in a Data Centre, IT infrastructure, or technical services environment is preferred.
- Willingness to work with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams across different time zones to design and implement holistic training solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Empathetic and high emotional intelligence.
- Problem solver with a “can do” attitude.
- Ability to prioritise and work to a timeframe.
- Some experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS), instructional design software (Storyline, Rise), and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
