Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of assigned client accounts, focusing on retention and discovering new business opportunities.
- Drive land, expansion, and renewal activities across all solutions within your accounts.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales teams, including Sales Specialists and pre‑sales architects, to meet client needs and ensure successful delivery of solutions.
- Identify and articulate opportunities that add value to clients, proactively engaging with them to understand their needs.
- Work with vendors and internal stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes and reduce churn.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong business relationships and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the buying lifecycle.
- Monitor financial governance and compliance, controlling costs and risks within your area of responsibility.
Qualifications
- Strong sales business acumen with a focus on planning, data‑driven decision making, and understanding company business requirements.
- Knowledge of NTTDATA's offerings, client applications, use cases, and market trends, applied effectively in client engagements.
- Proven ability to identify and advance opportunities at assigned prospects and clients, creating success through sales pursuit.
- Extensive experience in a global partner management role and in a sales environment.
- Experience in the IT or professional services industry with a focus on business development and sales.
